It's a common struggle for us personally - our beloved doggies needing urgent grooming or care when we're away, only to find that existing pet service platforms charge hefty booking fees. This means you pay more, while providers either have to increase their rates to cover these costs or receive less for their valuable services.

We wanted to flip that on its head - take absolutely zero booking fees across the board, ultimately reducing the cost of pet services across the UK and providing a more affordable experience for all.
